4-[(S)-2-[(S)-2-[6-(2,5-Dioxo-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)hexanamido]-3-methylbutanamido]-5-ureidopentanamido]benzyl (4-Nitrophenyl) Carbonate; N-(6-Maleimidocaproyl)-L-valyl-N5-carbamoyl-N-[4-[[[(4-nitrophenoxy)carbonyl]oxy]methyl]phenyl]-L-ornithinamide
Uses: Cathepsin cleavable linker. Maleimidocaproyl (MC) is used for bioconjugation to thiols in antibodies. PAB is a self-immolative spacer that connects to amine or hydroxyl-containing payloads via a carbamate or carbonate bond respectively. The PNP carbonate is a highly activated leaving group that facilitates the attachment of the payload to the linker during ADC synthesis.
