Uses: Cathepsin cleavable linker. PAB is a self-immolative spacer that connects to amine or hydroxyl-containing payloads via a carbamate or carbonate bond respectively. The PNP carbonate is a highly activated leaving group that facilitates the attachment of the payload to the linker during ADC synthesis. Azido group enable click chemistry with DBCO, BCN or other Alkyne group. PEG spacer increases aqueous solubility.
